Eric A. Drenner, President & Partner
In 1995, Eric earned his Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from the University of Maryland and began working in the area as a project estimator. After working his way up to President and Partner of a local company, he decided to start his own company. A Senior Managing Partner, Eric has a Virginia Class A Contactors License and a Maryland Home Improvement License as well as many certifications. Gaining LEED certification is one of Eric’s current interests. Eric works directly with contractors and developers to make sure their needs are being met.

Richard C Rogers (Rook), CEO & Partner
Senior Managing Partner with 34 years of Construction experience as a Specialty Foundation Contractor. Rook’s Experience includes contracting, Executive Management and the installation of many Specialty Foundation Projects. Rook is a member of several Specialty Foundation groups, Advisory Board member For Sandy Spring Bank and a Trustee for a Local Charitable Trust serving his local Community. Rook works as a Managing Partner with Eric.

J.R. Pappas, Operations Manager
J.R. received his Bachelor of Science, Horticulture and Landscape Management from the University of Maryland in 2001. He started his career with a local company focusing on high end residential landscape installation before moving on to Sales and Management. J.R. oversees project management and operations along with purchasing. He is a PLANET certified Landscape Technician.

James Smithson, Manager – Estimating and Design
James earned a Bachelor of Science, Horticulture from Virginia Tech with a concentration in Landscape Contracting in December of 2006. James worked at McHale Landscape Design in the landscape management field from 2007 to 2008 where he developed a high attention to detail from a design and maintenance standpoint. He joined E-Landscape in 2008 as a Design & Estimating Assistant. Now he manages the Sales & Estimating Department, and his responsibilities include job budgeting and estimating, developing landscape designs, and sales/business development for the company. James enjoys working with clients from the budgeting stage of a project through the implementation phase and strives to identify potential value engineering opportunities by drawing from his construction knowledge. He also works to identify potential challenges and develop solutions for the projects he handles. James is always interested in furthering his knowledge in the trade by working towards further certifications in his field.

Henry Quintanilla, Field Manager
Henry has been with the company since its inception starting as Lead Foreman specializing in hardscape and drainage installation. With over 13 years of field experience in the commercial landscape construction industry his knowledge and problem solving skills are a key component of the project management team. Henry is an I.C.P.I. certified installer, OSHA 10 hour safety certified and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Henry works in project management ensuring proper execution, quality control and technical oversight of the commercial landscape installation division
